HFW 2017 featuring Ice and Snow has concluded successfully. When we look back on last few days, we can find many highlights. The complete triumph of HFW has showed fashion community with the understanding and acknowledge to fashion of Harbin and brought many huge business opportunities. 120 top fashion designers from 34 countries and regions have realized the cultural communication and exchanges. The buyers, designers and artists merge across the fields and realize the seamless business transformation. The international vision, marketized platform and product differentiation make HFW 2017 a most shining star in fashion community at the beginning of the year.

1月16日18点，2017哈尔滨时装周闭幕式暨2017中国新锐设计大奖颁奖典礼在红场美术馆盛大举行。

At 18 o’clock on 16^th January, the closing ceremony of HFW 2017 and Chinese Innovative Fashion Designer Award Ceremony 2017 was held at West Red Art Museum. 

英国EKATERINA KUKHAREVA、印度尼西亚PRIYO OKTAVIANO ,两大知名设计师品牌共同演绎发布大秀，为本场活动拉开序幕。

The famous designers’ brands, EKATERINA KUKHAREVA in Britain and PRIYO OKTAVIANO in Indonesia first walked the runway together, and  marked the commencement of the event.

透过更强烈抢眼的图案和色彩，来表达更具活力的时尚态度。选取天然材料打造出舒适的质地、创新的裁剪，加上艺术化的概念，让时装呈现出更多的创造力和趣味性。结合动感活力的印花元素、大胆创新地融合缤纷的色彩与奢华质感，创造出一种活泼明亮、摩登前卫的风格。

Through more intense patterns and colors, it wants to express a much positive attitude of fashion. The designs can be more creative and fascinating due to the comfortable fabric, innovative cutting and artistic concept with natural materials. Combining the vigorous printing patterns, bold colors blended together and luxury qualities, the collection will create a bright , lovely and modern style.

设计师Ekaterina被誉为走在时尚前沿的女人，她有一颗年轻、不畏尝试、时刻追求优雅的心。她的作品已在伦敦时装周、巴黎时装周和纽约时装周上展示，每年两次。每个系列都很受欢迎，其中不乏各界名流，包括 Paris Hilton,Demi Lovato,Kerri Hilson等等。

Designer Ekaterina, known as a woman who walks at the frontline, has a young, fearless heart which always pursues elegance. The designs of katerina Kukhareva had been presented at London, Paris and New York Fashion Weeks twice a year. Every collection is very popular and there are many celebrities among them, such as Paris Hilton,Demi Lovato,Kerri Hilson and so on.

采访中，Ekaterina透露本次哈尔滨时装周走秀的服饰灵感来源于美人鱼，以蓝色、粉色为主。这已不是她第一次来哈尔滨时装周了，每次都有很多新的感受，很开心能来到这里和优秀的设计师交流、分享。

During the interview, Ekaterina told us that this collection was inspired by mermaids and it’s featured with blue and pink. It’s not her first time at Harbin, and she got new feelings here everytime. She was very glad to be here, shared and communicated with brilliant designers.

精致的刺绣与华丽的钉珠是每个人都无法拒绝的诱惑。浅色系和粉妆的洛可可式风格，像尚蒂伊蕾丝那般柔和的面料来增加经典百花香的浪漫感和女性韵味。设计师借鉴中国的旗袍元素通过薄纱增加作品的自然韵味和柔软触感。

PRIYO OKTAVIANO

Delicate embroidery and luxury beading are attempting everyone. With light and pink rococo style, it used gentle fabric which just like Chantilly lace to add the romance and feminine glamour of classic flowers’ flavor.  Designers learned from the elements of Chinese Qipao and used tulle to add the natural beauty and exquisite softness to the designs.

设计师Priyo Oktaviano于2007年7月被Dewi杂志提名为2007年度最受欢迎的设计师；2011年11月9日在雅加达的印度尼西亚旧国家皇宫展示他为美国前总统奥巴马夫人米歇尔·奥巴马设计的时装，活跃于各地时装秀场之上。

Designer Priyo Oktaviano was nominated “the Most Popular Designer 2007”by Dewi magazine in July 2007. On 9^th November 2011, his design for the former president’s wife Michelle Obama was displayed at former  Royal Palace of Indonesia in Jakarta.

Priyo Oktaviano采访中表示希望更多的人可以来参加哈尔滨时装周，希望更多的设计师来展现丰富多彩的时尚理念。

During the interview, Priyo Oktaviano said that he wanted more people can attend the HFW and wished more designers can show their colorful fashion concepts.

After the two brilliant catwalks, the exciting opening and award ceremony began! 

担任本次时装周闭幕式主持的是来自黑龙江广播电台主持人——马忱。省市政府领导、十大服装协会代表、媒体代表、设计师代表、时尚买手、特邀供应商等出席活动现场，共同见证本届时装周的落幕。

The person who resided over the closing ceremony was the presenter of Heilongjiang Radio Station, Ma Chen. Many people such as provincial government leaders, representatives of ten fashion societies, media, and designers as well as fashion buyers and specially invited providers attended the ceremony and witnessed the perfect ending of HFW 2017.

2017哈尔滨时装周在经历了5天的璀璨绽放之后，在昨晚赢来了它的硕硕果实！万众期待中闭幕式最激动人心的环节就是颁奖。经过2017哈尔滨时装周组委会认真评选和广泛征集，评选出哈尔滨时装周系列奖项。

After the successful five-day exhibition of HFW 2017, it gained the wonderful fruit ! the most exciting part of HFW is presenting awards in the highly-anticipated closing ceremony. After the serious selection and wide collection of the committee of HFW, the results of series awards came out.

The closing ceremony of HFW 2017 was a new start. In the future, HFW will build a platform for innovative designers and brands domestic and overseas to make exchanges and realize the dreams of more brilliant designers and brands.  HFW will push the Chinese original designs into the global market and make the world regard Harbin as the capital of fashion!
