2017年1月12日，哈尔滨时装周如期而至。5天的时尚大趴，汇集34个国家和地区的120名设计师，47场原创发布，引爆冰城！18个国家和地区的时尚记者莅临报道，全国十大纺织服装协会会长、全球十大时装周主席倾力助阵。哈尔滨吹起了一股“时尚风”。

On 12^th January 2017, the HFW is held here again. The five-day fashion party attracted 120 designers from 34 countries and regions. The 47 original presentation fueled Harbin up! The fashion reporters from 18 countries and regions came and reported. The Chairmen of ten  China National Garment Associations and the presidents of ten international fashion weeks visited here to support it. Harbin breathed an air of fashion.

感性、知性在这里绽放，潮流、趋势在这里发布。所有人都沉浸在时尚的氛围中，尽享狂欢的喜悦。

Sense and sensibility combined here and the trends revealed here too. Everyone was immersed in the atmosphere of fashion and enjoyed the happiness of this party.

第一次来哈尔滨，感觉很冷，但很喜欢哈尔滨。家里是很热的气候，和这里完全不一样，带给我一种全新的感觉，很荣幸能被邀请参加哈尔滨时装周，是一次很开心的体验。时装周期间，观看了几场发布秀，都很优秀，对泰国设计师的秀印象最为深刻，不严肃、比较轻松，设计很有特点，并且整个秀的编排都很活泼、很好玩。

When I came to Harbin for the first time, it was very cold but I loved it very much. It was totally different from my hometown which was very hot there. Therefore, Harbin gave a new experience and I’m very honored to be here. During the HFW, I’ve watched a few catwalks, which are both brilliant. The Thai designer impressed me the most because it’s very light instead of grave and has many unique features. The whole arrangement of the catwalk is very lovely and fun.

本次时装周的每一次发布我几乎都观看了，印象很深刻，都非常的成功。此次来哈尔滨我买了很多中国设计师设计的服装。比如羽绒服、运动服、羊毛衫，这些产品都很出色，设计也很有地方的特色，质优价廉，希望大家都能支持哈尔滨及中国各地设计师的作品，购买中国名牌，将中国品牌发扬光大。

“I almost saw every presentation of HFW 2017, and I’m very impressive because they are both very successful. I‘ve bought many costumes designed by Chinese designers, such as down jackets, sports and sweaters, and they are very unique, with local features. They are high quality products with low prices. I wish everyone can support Harbin and Chinese designers, buy brands in China and promote them”, said Djamal Abdourahman.

我是日本基金会支持人，主要致力于支持来自发展中国家的年轻人，这次参加哈尔滨时装周主要是带着埃塞俄比亚模特Zippi来参加一场走秀。我认为哈尔滨时装周每年都有很大的进步，准备很精细，也做得越来越好，为新锐设计师提供了一个良好的平台。

“I’m a supporter of Japanese Foundation, and  I mainly support young men from developing countries. I came here mainly to bring model Zippi from Ethiopia here to walk the runway. I think there is a big progress of HFW each year. It’s well planned, and more perfect, while it has provided a good platform for the innovative designers”, said Joni Waka.

我在美国奢侈品行业已经工作了14年，这次来到哈尔滨，哈尔滨时装周给我留下很深刻的印象，整体的氛围很好，质量非常高，希望下次还有机会来。这次能荣获“国际时尚推动奖”，对我来说意义非常重大，这是我在中国地区的第一个奖项，非常开心。

“I’ve been worked in the industry of American luxury for 14 years. I came to Harbin the HFW impressed me a lot. The atmosphere of here is very great and it’s high quality. I wish I could come again next time. I’m very honored to achieve the International Fashion Promotion Award, which means a lot tome because it’s my first prize in China, and I’m very satisfied”, said Cedric Turk.
