今天我们认识的这个人，说她是工作狂，可是她却把陪家人的时间和工作时间安排的很妥当；说她是女强人，她又没有女强人表现的那样刚硬和不可接近。然而她却用工作狂的精神和女强人的作风打造了自己的梦想王国。她用她的心，她的镜头，她的片子创造了她的潮流，她的风格，让很多人因她而发现自己的美。她就是译中摄影的创始人、艺术总监及摄影师--张译中。

The guest we are getting to know today is the founder, art director and photographer of Yizhong Wedding Photo Studio, Zhang Yizhong, who is regarded as a workaholic and a superwoman, while she could make good balance between family life and work, and behaves not that toughly and inaccessibly. She creates her fashion style by her heart and camera lens. 

H(哈尔滨时装周):译中摄影是什么时候创立的？是什么契机让您萌生了创业的想法？

H (Harbin Fashion Week): When was the Yizhong Wedding Photo Studio founded? What inspired you to set up your own company?

译中：从2007年7月13日成立至今已经有8年多的时间。在很久前，看到影楼招聘，就去应聘成为了化妆师。在影楼工作的几年，觉得自己对美的感悟和想法与影楼的这种模式化运作不是很能配合到一起，自己给顾客化完美丽精致的妆面后，经过拍摄、修片出来的照片还没有本人好看，那不是我想给顾客呈现的美。所以自己创业的想法就在脑中萌生。我爱美、懂美、能够感知美，所以通过这种天赋和后天的努力，自学了摄影和修片，到最后自己成立了译中摄影。在这八年间，也慢慢积累了很多忠实的顾客和能够懂我认可我的朋友。

Yizhong: It has been eight years since it was established on 13th, Jul, 2007. Many years ago I was employed as a cosmetician by a photo studio. After several years’ accumulation and self-learning about photography and retouching, I came up with the desire to express beauty in my own way by setting up Yizhong Wedding Photo Studio. During these eight years I have known many loyal customers and friends.  

H:您的经营理念是什么,或者说您对自己事业的期许是什么？

H: What is your management principal, and what is your expectation of your career?

译中：第一是要带着摄影行业往前进步。首先是让自己的店不断进步，那么其他店看到我的店进步也迫使他们要进步，这样整个行业都是在往前走的！第二是我的目标不是要把店做的多么大，是要做出最有品质的店，让更多对照片有挑剔有要求的顾客找到落脚点。 我要用我对美的要求去完善顾客的目标，打造最本真的美。

Yizhong: Firstly, I want my studio keep making progress constantly and inspire other studios to make forward, even the whole photographic industry. Secondly, I want to run a high-qualified studio to satisfy costumers with any critical requests, providing considerate service to present the real beauty.  

H:您觉得您工作室的优势在哪？

H: Where do you think lies the advantage of your studio?

译中：我的工作室抛弃了流水线模式化的拍摄，提倡一对一个性化拍摄服务，更能满足顾客的个性化需求。一个团队对应一位顾客服务，我们希望去注重顾客的心理体验和感受。而透过摄影师的镜头，让顾客更喜欢将情感投入角色后拍摄照片的这个过程。另外，透明消费同样也很重要。我们希望摒弃一些盈利规则，为顾客考虑的更多一点，让双方都更满意一点。很多顾客在来译中摄影时说在其他影楼化完妆拍照，看到自己的照片都不像自己了，觉得很假，但是在译中绝对没有这样的情况。译中会回避客人的短处，但是不失本色，看起来自然，展现了更美好的自己。我们给客人拍的寸照、工作照都必须满足客人对美的要求。

Yizhong:  Instead of assembly line of shooting, I prefer providing one-to-one personalized photography service to pay more attention to the mental experience and feelings of customers, making them enjoy the shooting moments. Besides, transparent consumption is important as well. Customers will get a natural and perfect look in our Yizhong Wedding Photo Studio. 

H：时下的摄影行业竞争这么激烈，您是怎样让自己和团队进步的？

H: Nowadays the photographic industry is competing intensely. How do you make yourself and team move forward?

译中：第一是要真诚，真诚的对待每个顾客。第二是要多练习视角，也就是多去观察，观察顾客的形态。化妆、拍摄、修片每个环节都用专业的角度去修正，到达最自然的效果，让顾客满意。第三是时刻保持对时尚的敏感度，多看时尚杂志和大师级别的摄影记录，分析最流行的妆面、拍摄风格和服装，把更新的的东西传递给顾客。第四是多和团队人员沟通，让整个团队拥有快乐的气氛，同时也能感染到顾客，调动顾客的情绪。

Yizhong: First of all, we should sincerely treat every customer. Secondly, we should make a natural effect  by professional making-up, shooting and digital retouching. Thirdly, we should keep sensitivity to fashion, read more about the latest fashion magazines and photography of masters. Last but not the least, we should make good communication with team partners, creating happy atmosphere to get customers involved.  

H：您对时尚这个概念怎么理解？

H: How do you consider of the concept of “Fashion”?

译中：时尚每个人都有自己的理解，我觉得时尚不意味着就是穿大牌，但是要穿搭出自己的味道，展现出自己的气质，能够看上去很舒服。外表看起来很舒服，并且能够看到内在的美，我觉得这种感觉也很时尚。我自己也在做着时尚的行业，我希望把我对时尚的理解用我的照片呈现给我的每位顾客。

Yizhong: Everyone has his own opinion about fashion. It is not about wearing in famous brands, but showing personality in a comfortable way. I wish I could express my understanding about fashion through my photos.

H:哈尔滨时装周组委会很感谢您为我们的“时尚行者”街拍活动提供前三名大奖，现在前三名已经揭晓，您对这些街拍达人有什么看法吗？

H: We are very appreciated that you sponsored Top Three of our Fashion Traveler Street Style activity. Now the Top Three are announced, do you have any opinions about these fashion icons?

译中：首先这次活动的主题很符合我拍摄写真的风格，评选出的前三名选手他们代表了哈尔滨人的一种状态，爱美、爱穿、爱生活！我希望通过我的镜头和照片能让这些达人更加时尚，让他们把这种时尚风格传递给更多的哈尔滨人，让更多的人留住最美的瞬间。

Yizhong: The theme of this activity meets the style of our studio, and the selected Top Three are representing the beauty of Harbin, who loves beauty, dressing-up and life. I hope I could deliver the fashion style to more Harbin citizens through my lens and photos.
