The Thai designer Chulalux Piyasombatkul, a graduate of London’s Central Saint Martins, creates eyebrow-raising sunglasses with a flamboyant baroque feel. Baroque Eyes is MOO’s graduated collection which launched at London Fashion Week AW11.Jewellery is body adornment that creates an impact and changes the way the wearer look. The first impression on a person is their overall look appearance, so whatever on the eye area is also essential. The facial expression is a type of body language, so the purpose of Baroque Eyes collection is to create a facial character through the porcelain brows. There are many types of eyebrows and also facial expression is often come through the eyes and brows.The collection was inspired by "new antique" concept by Marcel Wanders, an interior designer. His theory is to give an old-fashioned material (vintage frame) with a dramatic and contemporary twist (monochrome white porcelain Baroque frame). The aim for Baroque Eyes collection is to create something unique and memorable with sophisticated sensibility.Baroque Eyes chose to work with porcelain because of its purity of white and also porcelain is truly fragile, which is representing luxury, clean and delicacy.
