在本届时装周期间，俄罗斯现当代艺术展同步开启，40多位艺术家、116件作品现场展出。同时，还举办了“艺术与时尚产业跨界融合交流会”，来自国内外知名的艺术家讨论在艺术和时尚跨界融合对文化产生积极影响的同时，纷纷盛赞西城红场是艺术时尚融合的最好平台。

"Russian contemporary and modern art works are on display in West Red Square, which has gone through time precipitation, at the moment when the fashion show is being held, which is a model of fashion and art fusion," remarked by Sun Guohui, associate dean of the College of Art of Harbin University. In his opinion, Harbin West Red Square is the best place for art and fashion fusion and he hopes that artists from all over the world can come here for creation. By coming here, they can learn about the preferences of young people in Harbin and the fashion trends in Heilongjiang Province.
