2019哈尔滨时装周 Day 3 THIRD SHOW 分别由来自：FRANCIS LIBIRAN（菲律宾）、MONCOM（蒙古）、ARCHIVES（瑞士）、NOEN（匈牙利）四位品牌设计师为大家带来。

Day 3 THIRD SHOW of 2019 Harbin Fashion Week consists of four fashion brands: FRANCIS LIBIRAN (Philippines), MONCOM (Mongolia), ARCHIVES (Switzerland) and NOEN (Hungary).

FRANCIS LIBIRAN 

Francis Libiran从小热爱时尚。他最初接触时尚主要是受其母亲Rebecca的影响，一位优雅的、具有个人风格的人。Francis Libiran在UST圣托马斯（皇家）大学学习建筑学，之后在菲律宾时装学院学习时装设计。

Francis Libiran's love for fashion started at an early age. His early experiences in dealing with fashion took place alongside with his mother Rebecca whose own sense of personal style and elegance became a major influence for him. Francis Libiran studied Architecture at the University of Santo Tomas before pursuing a course in Fashion Design at the Fashion Institute of the Philippines.

Francis Libiran热爱时尚和艺术，他一直追求成为艺术届的士兵，为菲律宾带来自豪、荣誉和荣耀。

Enamored by his love for fashion and art, Francis Libiran has pursued his dream of becoming a soldier for the arts, bringing pride, honor, and glory to the Philippines.

MONCOM 

Unu Damdinsuren是一位有抱负的年轻蒙古企业家兼时装设计师。她被认为是蒙古时尚界最具创意和成功的人士之一。她获得了由蒙古设计师协会评选的2014年和2016年的Goyol Grand时装周上的Grandpre奖和年度最佳设计师奖。

Unu Damdinsuren is an aspiring young Mongolian entrepreneur and fashion designer. Her name has been recognized as one of the most creative and successful names in the fashion world of Mongolia.  She received the Grandpre and Top Designer of the Year awards during the Goyol Grand fashion week in 2014 and 2016, which was judged by the Mongolian Designers Association.

多年来，Unu Damdinsuren一直担任设计团队的负责人，并推出了各种设计作品，其中包括2016年奥运会蒙古国家队队服的设计，同时被列入全球十大最时尚的套装之一。

Unu Damdinsuren has worked as the head of a design team for a number of years and launched various designs, including Team Mongolia's outfit for the 2016 Olympic Games which was included in the top ten most fashionable suit list in the world.

在韩国、日本、中国等国家举办的众多时装秀中，她设计的作品总是惊艳动人，完美地代表了自己的祖国。

She has represented her country successfully with her astonishing designs in numerous Fashion shows, events which have taken place in countries such as Korea, Japan, and China.

她设计的作品大多受到蒙古传统的社会和文化价值的影响。她于2015年创立MONCOM时尚品牌。MONCOM具有广泛的风格，其设计灵感来自于设计师的创意和艺术思维。

Her designs are mostly influenced by the social and cultural values of Mongolian tradition. She is the founder of the fashion label MONCOM which was established in 2015. MONCOM features a wide range of styles inspired by its designer's touch of creativity and artistic thinking.

NOEN 

斯洛伐克设计师Noemi Braz于2016年创立了时尚品牌NOEN。该品牌具有实用性，充满非传统的年轻活力的感觉。

The brand NOEN was established by Slovakian fashion designer Noemi Braz in 2016. The brand was created in the name of wearability and is defined by a young, unconventional and energetic vibe.

这是NOEN设计产品的本质。该品牌拥有成衣系列，珠宝首饰和包。设计师的创意和尝试过程具有生态友好的特点。 

That is the essence of NOEN. Designer's jewellery, clothes and bags are all part of the brand. Her creative and experimental process is characterized by an eco-friendly view.

Technological innovations, diverse materials and daring use of patterns opens the door to wearable extravagance. The unique, limited number jewellery, the handcrafted details and the pattern envisioned and created by the designer with the cohesion of form provides the quality that is NOEN Design, and it has been since the start.
